David J. Martin
Mr. Martin has practiced as a criminal defense counsel for 35 years; for 10 years as a partner at Pinkofsky, Lockyer, Martin and then Martin & Porter in Toronto and for the last 25 years as Martin + Associates, Vancouver. He studied at the University of Saskatchewan and took law at the University of British Columbia.
Tamara Duncan has practiced criminal law for 13 years; for 10 years as a partner at Copeland, Duncan in Toronto and for the last 4 years with Martin + Associates, Vancouver. She is a member in good standing of both the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Law Society of British Columbia.
